DP School of Photography Announces Spring Workshop

The DP School of Photography announces registration for the spring 2010 photography Workshop at www.DpSchoolOfPhotography.com. “We listen to our students and feedback from our online surveys. You asked for more hands-on opportunities and spotlight one or two topics for each workshop series”, says Dan Pettus–General Manager of the DP School of Photography. To that end the spring 2010 Photography Workshop held at Wilson Creek Winery on March 21, 2010 will focus on two topics covering lighting techniques and Photoshop for photographers. Additional topics will be addressed in future workshops. Dan Pettus goes on to say; “My training at Harvard University taught me that adults learn by doing so our workshops are allocating ample time to practice and ask questions in class”. Class size will be limited to 40 students. Spring 2010 workshop details:

Murrieta Day Spa Offers Cutting Edge Techniques

mdsbeforeafter

This year brings two of the newest cutting edge techniques that we are incorporating into the Murrieta Day Spa & Hair Studio. Raindrop Therapy & the Brazilian Blowout!! As a Brazilian Blowout Hairstylist, I am eager to introduce you to the most innovative and effective smoothing treatment in the world. What is a Brazilian Blowout? It is a professional in-salon hair straightening treatment that will leave your hair smooth and frizz-free without the use of harsh chemicals. It is also the only professional smoothing treatment that improves the health of your hair with no damage. This procedure does not require a commitment or re-growth application and will last at least 2 months. This revolutionary treatment is beneficial and suitable for all hair types, especially for damaged and chemically processed hair. It is exciting to be able to offer this service and we look forward to transforming your hair.

On the Massage front we are now adding a new treatment to our massage department called Raindrop Therapy. This technique was developed by D. Gary Young, founder of Young Living Essential Oils. This essential oil massage technique is based on Lakota Native American healing practices; Raindrop Therapy is the application of powerful antibacterial, antiviral oils along the spine. When it comes to treating back pain-as well as knee pain, tight shoulders, and digestive system discomfort- it can be hard to find something that will bring the body’s system into alignment. One aid to solving these problems and more is using these essential oils that have been clinically tested to have antiviral, antibacterial, and anti-inflammatory properties. These are just a few more reasons to visit the Murrieta Day Spa & Hair Studio. For more information or to make an appointment, call 951-677-8111 or visit us at mdayspa.com.

Helping California Businesses Grow for 86-Years

robinsons

Back in 1924, Joseph Robinson opened a stationery and printing company in downtown Long Beach and named it Robinson Printing. For generations, the Robinson men have been following in Grandpa Joe’s footsteps. By the early nineties, Joe’s grandson Mike, and Mike’s sons Dave and Steve, moved the company out to the beautiful Temecula Valley when they purchased Maurice Printers. Over the last few summers, Dave’s sons Tyler, Aaron and Daniel have been helping out, bringing the fifth generation of printers onto the horizon!
Our desire to see your business grow is what has set Robinson Printing & Creative Media apart and has enabled us to weather the Great Depression and many recessions. We pride ourselves in coming alongside our customers and helping them promote their business in a cost-efficient and effective way. Through the years, we have developed and customized our equipment to meet our customers needs and we can produce the entire job, from design to finishing, entirely in our Temecula facility. That alone, gives us incredible control over the quality and cost of your printing project.
We are really excited about our most recent additions — two digital presses and a UV coater. This amazing technology allows us to expand our services to include smaller-quantity, higher-quality digital printing. This type of printing is very popular because it is fast and inexpensive. Our new equipment enables us to provide some of the best prices and the best quality printing in Southwest Riverside County. Check out our prices online, or give us a call...we think you’ll be pleasantly surprised.
Yes, but what about the environment? At Robinson Printing & Creative Media we have cared about the environment long before it became en vogue. As a matter of fact, in 2009 we recycled 149 tons of paper!
And it is important to remember that trees for paper are grown like a crop –they’re sustainable–and they only require the energy of the sun to grow. In addition, paper can be recycled and many papers will have a percentage of recycled content. Computers and electronic media devices like TVs, on the other hand, are filled with non-recyclable materials, consume enormous amounts of energy and when disposed of improperly, their contents are harmful to the environment.
The changes the printing industry has seen over the last century have been enormous. But at Robinson Printing & Creative Media we have excelled at improving our technology to better serve our customers and our environment. Call or email us today...our family is waiting to serve you!
